Today I went for my one month check up at Dr. Wynn"s office and the scale said I had lost 24 pounds, then later in the day I went to PMRI to see the nutritionist and their scale said I lost 27 pounds,so I said someyhing to them and was told they have their scale calabrated every month and that it's correct but some how I don't feel like I know my correct weight. did anyone else have this problem? I've heard people say that they are different, and also state that they like PMRI's scale better, lol. I go tomorrow morning, so I should be pleased, huh. I guess you just have to take an average, or just stick to one for your official readings. My home scale is about the same as Dr Irgau's office, so we'll see. I didn't listen to Tammy's advice and take mine out of the house. It can be addicting... First plateau, that sucker goes out!

HI Dianne, I went to PMRI and Dr. Iragu's today. In the AM I weighed five pounds less at PMRI, than I did in the PM at Dr. Iragu's. I have no idea who is correct (my scale at home is somewhere in between). So as of my first month, I lost somewhere between 27 and 32 lbs. Whatever I'll take it! KIT

Denice, Awesome loss girl. I had a similar experience. Same day weighed in 2 different weights. I finally decided to go with the Dr.'s scale, since I'll be there more often and probably go there forever. But PMRI's scale I defintely liked better. ((HUGS)) Elissa

Denice, GREAT to see you and the kids today! See my earlier post, I didn't realize you had the original scales question. I went both places today and there was a FIVE pound difference for me. PMRI is lighter!

As far as the scales go--I noticed the doctors office about 2 pounds heavier than mine. Now I don't know if that is because they moved the scale when the office moved or what. But when the scale was at the old office, my home scale was exactly the same. So I would just pick one and stay by that one. I suggest the doctors scale, because you will pry be there more than PMRI like Ellisa said. I use mine at home as my base, but every now and then I jump on the one at work and compare it to the weight I was in May (the last on my chart with the office). Which according to that I am up 2-4 pounds heavier, but at home I am still the same. SO the moral of the story, find one and stick to it. Plus take your inches, I still take my inches every couple of months that I way I can keep an eye on my muscle and bone density. Nicki
