He he he ... hey all ... I finally got a new blender and I am siked to the max!!! Used it for the first time yesterday!!! (Check my menu ... think you will be able to figure that out even if I had not told you) Anyway, it is a smoothie maker and I LOVE IT !!! So with that in mind ... here is my menu yesterday!!! Far more volume/meals than I usually eat per day... not at all a "normal menu" for me. But my menu for yesterday none the less!
My average daily intake it about 600/700 calories. Yesterday was the first time I had tried celery and the 'new" peanut butter also!!! Guess looking back, not a good idea to add so many new choices in one day

1/3 to 1/2 serving of beans and cheese from Taco Bell

D - 1 oz roast beef
1 oz cheese
1/2 stalk of celery with about a half spoon of peanut butter (Better Than Peanut Butter Brand from Trader Joes - THANKS ROB - LOVE IT)
S - about a 1/4 to 1/3 serving of Protein Smoothie (ProScore 100) with fresh ground flax seed, water, ice with a spoon of peanut butter (Better Than Peanut Butter Brand from Trader Joes - THANKS ROB - LOVE IT) YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY and incredibly filling ... hubby had to fini**** off, I was not able to drink less a lot of it!!!
Gotta figure out how to make those smoothies smaller!!! *grin* Practice and patience I guess!!! Suggestions appreciated!!!
