Dianne, Since I have unofficially dubbed us "twins", our surgeries only a day apart, I WILL NOT give into my similiar cravings for a Wendy's salad. I am sorry it happened to you! But WAY TO GO on the 29 lbs!!!!! You do look great!!!!!!!! I go to Dr. Peters/Brett on Thurs. and the PMRI nutritionist too, so it's a busy week for me. Today, I saw my cardio doc and he took me off my BP med. (I was only put on the med as a precaution to surgery.) I need to followup with my PCP each month and see the cardio doc again in three months. My BP is not "normal," but OK and he said with the weight loss I am experiencing I should see lower numbers very soon. HANG IN THERE DIANNE. Maybe we can get our Wendy's salads together, say after our 3-month appt??????

Dianne! I knew you had lost quite a bit but wow 29 pounds??? WOW that is FANTASTIC!!! And even better than the weight loss (as if that is not good enough eh) is the fact that you are off all meds already!!! How wonderful is that???? Dianne, I am so very happy for you!!! It was a long time coming, but oh how sweet are the rewards ... Now about that Chicken Salad ... chalk that up as a battle wound!!! Something you won't soon forget, and certainly don't care to repeat!!!
