4 week follow up appt today
Hi everyone. I had my appt with Brett today. I am on no meds (other than the vitamins, iron, and actigall) and I have lost 29.something pounds!
YYYIIIIIIPPPPPEEEEE I am also wearing a pair of pants today that I couldn't get up my caboose before surgery! YAAAAYYY.
On an off note. Brett gave me the progression papers to go from puree to food, food. I, of course, thought I could do it quicker and on that spicy tai chicken salad that Wendy's commercials had been tempting me. Now I'll get real and do it Brett's way as that was my fist barfing episode. Sorry so disgusting. I was having such a great day that I decided to be a stubborn redhead! That'll teach me, lol. All in all--still a great day.

Good news Angelette. I knew you'd lost a bunch. It already shows. Good news on the meds too. Gonna save a bunch of money. It wasn't the spices that got you going on the Wendy's salad. It is the chicken. Chicken still does it to me. I did get down 1 fried chicken wing from Acme for the first time aboiut a week ago. I used to love chicken. Had it 2/3 times a week. Now it chokes me. I keep trying though every couple weeks. That wing was mighty tasty. Me who used to eat alost a whole darn chicken by myself. Even though we disagree with Brett, he is usually right. Gotta love the guy. Elissa
