I had a very nice weekend at Nana's in New England. very relaxing and quiet. I see that we will be going back up for a funeral before very long. (Nana has blood clots in her legs and lungs, and is bed-ridden...She is 90). Had a very Looong drive home last night. It took us under 7 hours going up, but 11 hours coming home. I didn't get in any exercise, so I was at the gym at 6 this morning. I had plenty of healthy food options, but caught myself grazing on some high carb snacks because I was bored, and they were there. I have to get to the scale at lunch today to see if I gained anything. I seem to have missed a really good PMRI meeting and the "after-party". Hope to see some of you next Monday night in Newport!!! Ken, Sorry to hear about your Nana. You were missed at the meeting. We really had a great time. Don't beat yourself up about the snacking. Put it behind you and continue with your routine. You are certainly doing something right, you look fantastic. Best wishes, Deb

Hi Ken, Sorry to hear your Nana isn't well. Aren't you quite the traveler this summer. Glad you're getting back in the routine and even more glad that you're feeling so well to DO all that travelling. Good for you! Linda

Missed you Ken. Check on that meeting. I think it was changed to Tuesday night cause of Labor Day. Elissa

Ken, It is good to have you back. The meeting was great but YOU were missed!!! Grazing ... think most of us could be found guilty at one time or another. Now comes the time where the rubber meets the road ... so dust yourself off and keep on keeping on. Don't beat yourself up over it ... you have come too far and are doing too well to allow a stressful weekend binge to pull you down. If you need a listening ear ... don't hesitate to contact me. Holding you and your family close in my prayers! Hugs, Tammy
