Angel
R-
You just ask someone who is post-op, if they would like to be your angel. If they can contribute the time, then it is a done deal. I didn't have an angel back when I did it, but I can see the benefits of it and I highly recommend it. So just anyone who has had the surgery. Perferable someone who is having the same procedure done...ie. RYN vs. BAND and also it is helpful to have the same surgeons or at least the same practice. That way if you have questions as you go you can ask your angel who has been through it already. JUST ASK-the worst they can say is that can't because they can't commit to the time. YOU have everything to GAIN and nothing to LOSE with an angel. Now the weight is another issue.
You looked great today-you are a beautiful woman.

Thanks for the compliment, Nikki. I just want to be healthy, and live a long active life.
About the Angel, as I have mentioned before, I am having my surgery up in Philly, so most people I know from that support group live up there. However, as I'm writing this, I remember that I have a co-worker that went to the same surgeon. That's part of how I found him.
I'll be begin my search by asking her if she is interested.
Thank you for your continued support.
Sincerely,
Renay
