I'm looking around for a Liquid Iron Supplement. I have found a few that have Iron, C, and few B's and have some Herbs that keep you from getting constipated. However, they list Honey and Fruit Flavoring in them. I believe NATROL was one of the manufactuers. Anyone taking one of these? Tom

I take liquid iron. It's an rx from my doctor, it is not billed as an rx but you have to have the rx slip and submit it to the pharmacist. I asked at H Harry about liquid iron and the pharmacist came out to the shelves with me and said oh no we don't carry it. Two days later I handed her an rx for it and it is available that way. She never once told me to do that, I just did it as I was tired of searching. The rx bottle that it comes in does not mention honey, but it definitely has a sickening sweet taste to it. I put it in applesauce so it is not so noticeable. I heard you can get liquid iron at the Vitamin Shoppe in a dropper and it is flavored with raspberry, I think. Good luck.

Thanks for the info about getting it at Happy Harry's. I only asked about the other because it's Herbal as well as the Iron to help from getting constipated (a problem I have had for years from other meds I take). I don't suppose the amount of Honey/Frutose flavoring should cause a Dumping to start. Tom
