Protein Drinks

How soon after surgery should we start taking protein drinks.BTW I ordered isopure protein drink and found no scoop how much tablespoon wise should go into the 12oz of water.Or is the scoop hidden and it's a secret?

Did you just have your surgery? Sorry, I can't remember. I started doing protein drinks a week or so before surgery to build up a "store" of it in my body. Once you have the surgery, it is hard to get the recommended amount into your body for a while. If you have already had your surgery....START NOW!!!!!!!! I have never bought Isopure, so I can't answer that question. But my Syntrax Nectar comes with a scoop. Ken

Hey Denise, Sorry I can't answer the powder Isopure drink question.....I buy "RTD" Isopure in 20 oz. bottle. But start taking protein drinks now.....

In most of the protein powders, you will find the plastic scoop buried under about an inch of powder. If you don't find it just read the label and it will tell you how a scoop holds.
