What questions to ask???

Hello everyone. I go tommorow for my follow up with my cardiologist to get the results from my stress test and ekg. I am hoping after that is complete that I will hear from Dr, Millers office for my second appt. I have been writing down questions to ask and I think I have some good ones however I am afraid of leaving important ones out does anyone have any suggestions? any help will be apprecciated. Thanks again for the help .
