Hi Kathy, I'm up too...I had some popcorn tonight..and now..well, I'm in pain..and flush..and have the foamies..yep...you know what I'm talking about. I haven't done this in a while. Hey, if you are up still take a look at this photo and then my profile..it looks wierd on the message post..kinda like I have a fake eye and something is wrong with my smile...its kinda funny. But, when you look at my profile the picture is ok. One eye looks a bit wierd..but I have a child on my leg..tugging at me..at the same time..go figure! Hugs to you and Amber! Kimberly

okay 1st, what is up with your dumping from pop corn, that is just not right! Was it "Kettle" corn? That is a mistake I made when I didn't get it. As far as your picture, I like it & you look wonderful. It soundslike maybe a pixil issue or something. Send an email to photohelp@ovesitygep

Hey Kathy, I take Ambien all the time. It really helps to slow my mind down and allow me to sleep. Had trouble a couple of morning with it, but when I cut it back to a 1/2 dose it worked fine and I woke up refreshed. It really helps. I take it about 1/2 hour before going to bed and I'm out like a light within an hour. You need to make sure that you are giving yourself seven hours of sleep with it, otherwise you get extremely groggy. That's it from me. Rob

I don't take it, but my wife does. Here Neurologist explained it like this: Ambien is meant to help you GET to sleep, as opposed to STAYING asleep. Just by chance....one of the scientists who discovered Ambien years ago, is now an executive at my company. I had a chance to ask him a few questions about it a few years ago. He suggested that a person taking Ambien get into bed within 30 minutes of taking it, and allow for a good 8 hours of sleep. Ken
