? about clear liquid diet

i am trying to do the clear liquid diet every few days so im not starving the 2 days before surgery. Here is my question. Can you use the Unjury protein powders in water on the clear liquid diet? You cant really see throught the choc. or vin. but when you use the unflavored in crystal light you can.

Ask at your pre op visit to be sure. Everyone is different but I wouldn't bother depriving yourself now. The 2 days really are not that bad. I think partially because at that point you are starting to get kind of nervous too and that kind of helps you not be overly hungry. Plus, it is a 48 hour thing so for example I had a turkey bagel Monday morning as my last meal before moving to clears & my surgery was Wed. morning. Plus if you stick an activity in there it is helpful too. A trip to get a manicure or your hair done for example. Good luck.
