Hello everyone this question is for those who had Dr. Miller as thier surgeon. I had my first visit with him on July 7th, and he ordered lab work and a cardiac clearance I have since had all of this done. How long do I wait before they call me for my second appt. or do I need to call them? I was also wondering if anyone knows where I can find some books about WLS my friend gave me the carnie wilson book and I plan to read it this week. Thanks again for your help you all are the best>. Hi Teresa, It wouldn't hurt to give them a call. You also have to receive insurance approval before receiving your second appointment. I would call my insurance and see if it has been approved or precertified, before calling Dr. Miller's office. Good Luck with you WLS Journey ~Shelly
