Tracking this adventure
Hi everyone,
I just found a great web site. Fitday.com It might be know to most of you already, but I just found it. It tracks all calories, protein grams, exercise, weight, etc. for us. My little forms that I've been using seem quite antiquated. I chart everything that goes into my mouth so this sight will be quite helpful to me.
Had a great day today. I emptied my closet, and I mean EMPTIED!!!! Nothing left!!! I've gone from a 22 to 18 pants and a 16 suit last Sunday and this Sunday as well. I am 6 weeks out and dow 29 pounds, (wish I could say 30, but it is only 29). It is becoming obvious to those who know me that I've lost weight. Been a long time since I heard those words and it wasn't just "to be polite". I am down to 2 pair of pants, one white and one black, which I am interchanging with lots of different tops. I hope I don't get tired of wearing "black and white, with a splash of color" for a while. I'm loading my clothes up for the "great giveaway". My mom, my sister and then friends!!! And believe me I had alot of clothes,because I needed them for what I do.

Isn't that a GREAT feeling!!! I can't tell you how many clothes I've bagged up, never to be seen again!
I would also recommend hitting your local Goodwill or thrift store. I have found lots and lots of clothes at CHEAP prices to fit my ever-changing body. And if I outgrow it sooner than expected...no problem! I only paid a couple dollars for it in the first place!
