Hi Nicki and friends I am scrolling thru the old messages seeking help for the vitmins. I HATE the flinstones and can't get them down I purchased a liquid vitamin from GNC but it also has herbs and maybe some hidden sugar alcohol so I haven't used them. You say these are good? Also is the UNjury good? I am using the Isopure and it is ok but if I can find a better taste I will take it? Thanks for your help! T

Hi Terre, I switched from the flintstones to the Optisource on Walgreens.com site. I found them the least offensive to my picky tastebuds. I have been using them about 2-3 weeks now and no problem with them. I have been using Isopure and Nectar for my protein shakes. My next try will be Unjury since everyone seems to be very happy with it.

Terre, I LOOOVE my unflavored Unjury! I mix it into all kinds of things. I mix it into my hot multigrain cereal, mashed potatoes, cold cereal. I also make shakes using Unjury and SF DaVinci syrups. I also use vanilla and chocolate powder from Trader Joes. And the Syntrax Nectars are like Kool-Aid to me! I have been using Bugs Bunny sugar free vitamins.

I like the chewable Centrums.. they taste like orange creamsickles. Well in the beginning, they still have that 'metal' taste when it's all chewed up. Good luck.
