Mel, Sure hope someone else pops in here soon, cause I don't really have a great answer for you. Crackers and such are my weakness right now so I pretty much stay away from them. However, there is one product that I simply love but it is soooo expensive. They are called Gourmet Cheese Crackers. They are made from only cheese but they are like a cracker. REALLY good in my humble opinion. But they run about 6.00 a container. You can find them at Carb Busters on Kirkwood Hwy or you can order them online at a lot of places. Bariatric Eating being one of the places http://store.bariatriceating.com/gochcr.html You may be able to do a search on them and find them cheaper, but I have not been able to find them cheaper yet. But then again, I haven't put a whole lot of effort into it. Should someone find them cheaper, please let me know. BTW - I have tried Just the Cheese Crackers before and I really don't like them. But the Gourmet crackers are so much better. Just thought of something ... the place that Rob suggested in PA ... Resolutions Solutions had them for about $.50 cents cheaper ... if you happen to be closer to them. Don't know the address, but if you do a search of Robs posts, you can probably find it. Hugs, Tammy

Mel, I took the supermarket tour class with Ellen. She suggested Whole Wheat triscuits and Wheat Thins. Best wishes, Deb

Wheat Thins are my favorite, but you gotta get them on sale. I'm glad they were recommended... (((hugs))) -Karen
