AUGUST COUNTDOWN

WELLLLLLLLL, Looks like I'm next! MONDAY! I just wanted to thank everyone who provided advice, supported my emotions, and generally became my GOOD FRIENDS! Dianne, Denice -- maybe I'll see you at the hospital. All you other August people, I'll be back on line ASAP. My angel Elissa Hart will post an update on my surgery. She is so supportive and has become a very special person in my life. Just this AM, we talked on the phone for nearly 3 hours! I am remarkably calm. Actually feeling good, happy, relieved....the ONLY thing that's bugging me is getting EVERYTHING done I want to do beforehand (laundry, houseclean, email/call friends, go over my multitude of notes, recipes, menus, etc.). I am both a procratinator and a perfectionist. BAD combination!!! So if I don't get back here tomorrow, I just wanted to THANK everyone. SEE YA SOON! KIT

Good luck Ms Kit. You betcha that I'll see you at the hospital. We're going to make those nurses dizzy doing laps around the nurse's station together. Can't wait.

Okay Lisa, 1 day left. I can give you 3 pieces of advise, that were shared with me by my Leigh. Walk, sip & breathe. When you think you've done it okay then try doing it again and again. It'll help you recoup much faster. See you on the other side friend. ((HUGS)) Elissa
