Joined a Gym!!

Hi everyone, I'm sorry I write so seldom. My life is so large at times. Isn't that wonderful?! It's my LIFE getting larger... not ME anymore! Well, I joined an honest to goodness GYM right across the street from where I live. I had my 1st orientation today with weights. It was lower body and tomorrow I do upper body. I am so excited about this. A trainer spent like an hour with me and it will probably be the same tomorrow. I joined for a year so I also get 2 free half hour massages and 4 more hours with a personal trainer. I really need this. Exercise is something I never liked before but this made me feel kinda powerful. Wish me luck! O yeah, I've been on a plateau for about 6 weeks. My 1st REALLY long one. I think the workouts at the gym will help kick start that again too. Okay now the stats... RNY 11/13/04 370# Today 260# doin great!!! merry merry

Merry, Which gym? I live in Newark also. I'm always looking for a workout partner? I'm getting ready to join a new gym. My membership with the last gym just expired. Debbie

The Beach in Salem Village on Salem Church Rd at Chapman Rd. They are right across the street from Christiana high school too. open 7 days a week, m-f at 5am till 10pm and open sat and sunday too. It's a dollar a day for a year membership. $365.00 I think they have payment options too that also get you the specials. You can walk in and get a 3 day pass for free once a year or if anyone wants I can get a guest pass too. merry merry
