3 month checkup

Hi Ken, I haven't officially met you but I've seen you at some of the support group meetings. At the PRMI meeting last month, Elissa was pointing out different folks by name and explaining how all of you met via this web site. You REEEEEALLY need to update your picture----I would never have guessed the two of you were the same person. Keep up the great work. You and others like you are such an inspiration and source of comfort to those of us still on the pre-op side of the fence. Thanks!! Gwen

Ken, Great news!! Keep up the great work!! Let me ask you this. You said that the office is moving to a new location on August 1st. I have my Pre-Op on August 6th, where will the new office be and are they going to send notices out to patients prior to moving? just curious! Take care! -Joe-

Ken, Congrats on the GREAT 3 month check-up! WAY TO GO! Joe, I was at Dr. Iragu's office today and asked how we would know about the move (when it happens) and where to go to for future appts. The ladies of the office staff said that we will get directions when they call us to confirm our appts. I too was wondering since I have my post-op on 8/16. I come from PA and today was the first day I did not get lost going there, SO I hope it's not too far or too complicated!!!!

Ms Kit: I'm post op at Dr Irgau's on 8/16 at 11am, what time are you due there? Too funny. Maybe we'll see each other this time.

OH MY GOSH, I'm 11:10! I'm sure by then we will have met in the hospital, but if not, we have to.... I think we have to have someone drive us, right ? So if you don't see me my "driver" will probably be in the waiting room. A tiny blonde named Judy(but we don't hate her for that! ) Last night at the PMRI meeting I met a girl named Deniece that's having her surgery on 8/4. At first I thought it was you, she's a redhead too. She was looking for you too...guess you are a "celebrity!"

lol I've read about and corresponded with Deniece. Too funny.

Wow Ken, great job! Gosh I hate men..and how quickly they lose weight.. well, ok, I don't hate men.. but that is wonderful news for you! lol

Great job Ken. I guess you're gonna be wearing spandex soon. You are doing awesome. Keep up the good job. Guess the next visit I have will be in the new office. It's in August for my 6th month. I did break 100 lbs last Thursday. WOW! I am so pleased. It came off faster than I thought. I can honestly say I've never had such success with any diet I'd ever been on. This has truely been a Godsend for me. Thanks to the Doctors, PMRI and of course my great family & friends I've met on my journey. Keep focused and keep the faith. ((HUGS)) Elissa
