Hello Everyone, I wanted to tell you about the best gastric bypass book I have read so far "Exodus From Obesity" by Paula Peck. This is an excellent book especially for post ops. I have read many books on this subject and so far this one has been the best. I had to email Paula Peck and thank her for a wonderful book. She has emailed me back a few times. She has told me if anyone wants to order her book and we do it in a small volume she can get a great discount for us. If anyone is interested let me know and I will email Paula to get these books for everyone. I hope all is fine with each of you! In two weeks I will be attempting my goal of climbing to the top of the Cape Hatteras Ligthouse!! Can't wait!! Peace~~ Hope

Man I wish I could go down there this year to obx.

I was just checking out cabins on the beach the other day. 'sigh' Hope you make it to the top
