Support Group Meeting

Goodmorning All~ Just a reminder for all interested. Changing Lives Support Group Meeting on July 15th at 6:30pm front lobby of the VA Hospital in Elsmere. Hope to see you there. Also Changing Lives meeting with all support group leaders in Seaford on the 20th. Hoping to bring back loads of information. Please let me know if there is anything you'd like me to take to the table. Will be more than happy to share with our "experts". Hi Jane, Not sure if I'll make it this week but I will try. Topics of particular interest for this guy. 1) Overcoming that last plateau, the last twenty pounds; 2) Best exercises for getting rid of those trouble areas (chest, flaps, and tummy); 3) Tips for handling gas and intestinal problems; 4) Tips for dealing with resurgent appetite.
