INSPIRATIONAL BOOKS

THANKS everyone! I will check out each of your suggestions. I found that for the most part, these books have to be special ordered (that is, not available in stores like Borders, Barnes & Noble. Thanks Tina, I know Elissa, last week she helped me, "a premie", navigate around Trader Joe's. She's a really neat lady and I am very impressed with all she has accomplished! I actually got a book that someone else mentioned and I don't want to hoard all the books, so I will pass for now. But I know where to go! This friend of mine, who is a counselor, lent me "Exodus From Obesity" by Paula Peck. I'll let you all know if it's any good.
