I am so excited... I have my pre-op date....I saw that Joe has his..so I decided to call and it's July 30 @ 4:10 p.m......it's getting closer and closer....I am so happy.....have any of you read Barbara Thompson's book.. Hey Gail, I too have a pre-op appt for 7/29/04 @ 12:30 p.m. the day after my birthday As for Barbara Thompson's book yes I have it....what a great book.....you can find it @ any book store here....I happen to order my off her website. But I have seen them local as well. I need to find out where you live so maybe I can drop the shoes off to your house. You can email me the information...... Right now I am a nervous wreck awaiting approval from the insurance co.....than I can exhale..... Shay

Well as a fellow AUGUST loser, I thought I should get in on all the excitement too! My pre-op is 7/15 and the surgery 8/2. 9 days until I see Dr. Iragu and 27 days until surgery! But who's counting? It looks like ALL OF US! I just planned a trip to the Jersey shore for July 22-24. My sister and niece live there year round. I am so excited because I'm sure I will be ready for a getaway and I will want to have something to take my mind elsewhere. So Hooray for ALL OF US! WOOO-HOOOOO!!!!! Kit

Gosh, I'm not sure when my pre-op appt is... I'm still in the works for my 8/3/04 date and I am taking over my sister's preop appt. That is, if she had one. I'm waiting for Dr Harad to ok doing my ivc filter on either 8/2/04 or 7/29/04. I should have all these details worked out tomorrow. Wish me luck. I SO want this 8/3/04 date instead of 8/24/04. Dianne
