Holy Cow - I'm not M.O.!!
According to my profile my BMI os now a 38 meaning I am no longer morbidly obese!! Wow, there is a milestone I didn't even think about but you know, it feels wierdly good! Becasue of beign pregnant I just assumed I would not see that magical "Under 200" experience until after I have the baby - I still may not and that is just fine, no biggie - but this was a nice unexpected surprise. I'm 210 now - that is down 126 lbs in just over 8 months - And I just turned 6 months pregnant!
Hope you all are finding something to smile abotu these days. I found a SUPER fast & easy meal idea to share with you.
Buy a bag of frozed cooked steamed shrimp to keep in your freezer.
*I like the smaller 61-70 ct per lb size*
When it is time to eat pop about 10 of them in a microwave safe dish
*I add a bit of margerine but that could be omitted*
Sprinkle liberally with a favorite seasoning
*I use Tupperware Island Rub or Tony Chatchery's creole seasoning*
Microwave for just 1 min 15 seconds
Enjoy.
It is SO fast & easy. I jsut ran out of the precooked shrimp I had & had to use raw & I must say I like using the precooked better. I love that there is no "smelly smell" to them like with raw seafood... you know me... smells MATTER these days!
