New Field Trip! Resolution Solutions

A new store opened this week and went and met the owners (Lucy and Anita). It is called Resolution Solutions (A speciality food market) specializing in lo carb and diabetic foods. It is a lot like Carb Busters, but it also has ready-made take-out lunches and dinners prepared fresh daily. They are located at 140 Painters Crossing (Rt 1 and 202), in West Chester, PA. They have some great stuff. They were really excited and spent about an hour talking with me about my adventure, and I tried a sample of their soft yogurt (sugar and fat free). Yummy. Especially good since I have been searching for a treat since Sunday since Rita's Water (in Northern Wilmington) does not sell sugar-free. The store is going to have a nutritionist on-site, classes, cooking classes, etc. I think they are having a grand opening on Thursday from 4 to 7pm. I figure I'll stop in on my way up to the gym and talk to the nutritionist (maybe even drop off some literature) after I pick up my bike on Thursday. Rob

Rob, Thanks for keeping us current. I live near this store and plan on going there Thursday to see what they have. The Ritas on 202 in Northern DE said they would be getting the new machine thay need for sugar free in one week. I'll keep checking and will post when they finally have it! Kathleen

Hi Rob, Finally northern Delaware is getting hooked up. How's the prices? With Trader Joe's and this store sounds like we won't have to go too far to get our fix. I was lucky enough to be in Dewey Beach over the weekend and was estatic to find sugar free butter pecan on the boardwalk in Rehobeth. It was heavenly. It tasted just like the real stuff. Prices seem to be similar to Carb Busters, as does a lot of the merchandise. But... With our skill, salesmanship, and general gift of gab we can help them to stock their store with some of the stuff we like. Where is that butter pecan? How come you never share? Rob

Thanks for the update Rob! I go to that shopping center all the time, but never could tell if the store was opened yet. Also, if any of you get the VALUE PACK coupons, the big blue envelope, in the mail, this month there are two coupons for Resolutions Solutions ($5 off $35 purchase), and ($10 off $50 purchase).
