Hi Elissa, Puter problems can be most frustrating..there for awhil I was seriously considering kicking in my screen and making a planter out of the whole thing. Hope you get straight soon. I'm still working on a time when I can get up that way, the kids summer schedule has been unpredictable so far. Talk soon. Linda
