first dr's appontment
ok ok yes I got yelled at !!! I am not drinking anough ... was not drinking my protien .... been sick i was like how can I ... he said by your mouth hahaha ..then said he was uping my meds because of the burning in my tummy.. then he says NO driving ...shakes head .... and took out half the staples (17 ) left 10 in ...and in the end I lost 8 pounds ... and go back next thrus... so guess what I AM ON THE LOSING SIDE NOW!!!

Welcome to the loosing side. You really need to listen to your DR. He yelled for your own good. Try to get that protein in 1st thing in the AM. 1/2 of a scoop or a whole scoop of the unflavored Unjury in everything you take in. Crystal lite orange and grapefruit needs 2 scoops for the 2 qts. I put it in soups, cereal and chili. Get creative. Try a little at first, then go for the 20 gr in 1 scoop. It dissolves well and truely has no taste to me. I also use the Isopure strawberry powder. 2 scoops in 10 ozs of skim milk = 60 gr. I mix Trader Joe's Hi/Lo cereal with the unjury and some skim milk and voila , 30 grams of protein. You need the protein and the fiber to keep your levels up. It also promotes weight loss and regularity. Happy hunting. Try to stay focused and positive. ((HUGS)) Elissa
