just wanted to up date you all one how I was doing . I have had a tuff week. but each day is better lol that is except yesterday I think I went back a few days it was a BAD day. anyway anough of my crying
I go to my first dr's appontment today to get staples out
and Hopefully I will be on the losing side.... hope you all are doing great..Love Mel

i'm so glad you are doing ok. the first weeks are hard, but go by very quickly. the key is to relax, takes lot of naps, small very short walks(to the end of the driveway counts!) and try and get in as much fluids and protien as you can. don't expect to get in all your protien the first weeks, because it will take time. but really really really always sip on something. even sugar free ice pops help. let me know if there is anything i can do to help you out if you need it.
