Hi everyone, Are there any gastric bypass cookbooks out there? I looked up the subject at Barnes and Noble and Borders -- no luck! I'm taking the PMRI cooking course this coming week but I was just wondering if anyone has seen a book with menus or something like that. THANKS A BUNCH, Kit

Dear Elissa, AGAIN you come through for me! Thanks girlfriend, but don't laugh, (or do but don't let me know about it ), where are the recipes? I'm not real good at navigating! I looked at the blue strip on the left side of the screen and don't see it. THANKS FOR THE ADVICE. Kit

Snuggles, Thanks I'll give this one a try too. Whew! I guess I really didn't look very well. Scanning the cooking shelves and asking at the store's info desk doesn't do it!!!!! (Apologies to anyone who might work at Borders or Barnes and Noble!) Kit

The http://www. wlscenter.com that Barbara Thompson sponsors has a great collection of GSB recipes.

Thanks to you too Rob! I knew if I put my question out there, I'd find out what to do! I feel so much better that I won't have to live on cottage cheese and protein smoothies. Although I do like both, I couldn't handle just that everyday. Kit
