Ok, here goes... I had surgery on Jan 7 2004 - I have lost 104 lbs so far. I want to lose at least 120 more lbs.....(*sigh) seems so far away.... A typical day's menu....(*BIG SIGH - I suck at getting in the right foods) I start out every morning with my Choc Unjury w/ Skim milk - 30 grms protein. For lunch 1/4 peice of wheat toast, a little mayo and a slice of lunch meat. If I can get that down - some days I can, some I can't. Then for snack I'll have frui****ermelon or strawberries or peaches. Then for dinner, I had 4 ounces of chili. It went down really well - surprise surprise.... And for late snack - some more fruit - lately more watermelon than anything... During the day I drink water and Kool-Aid made with splenda - try to get in 64 but have not been able to do so lately. And just after 10 each night I have another Unjury Chocolate milk - for another 30 grams - I know I need to get more protein in - but at this point, I'm really struggling with the eating. I feeling ok- but this eating thing....can be quite a challenge ((hugs)) Carla
