Mel Hafford is out of surgery

Mel's husband call and left a message on my machine. he said she is doing very well. i will post more info later on. she's been waiting a long time for this day and i'm so happy it's finally her for her!!!! YEAH MEL!!!!

This is Mel's husband. Mel is doing well, the folks in the hospital has been impressed with her activity level. She is not just laying in bed she is getting up every two hours and walking, not once today did the nurses have to ask her to get up. The funny thing is someone who had the surgery the same day and is on the same floor the nurses have to force this lady out of the bed. Mel has pain, which has surprised her. I believe she thought her level of pain would be lower. The doctor is saying he may release her on Thursday. I am very proud of my wife, she has fought an uphill battle the whole way with this surgery. Not once did she give up she kept fighting. And today she has accomplished her goal of getting the sugery and living a happier healthier life. She is getting kinda lonely so if anyone wishes to call her in the hospital the number is 410-219-1584 I will keep you updated until she gets home.
