GAS, GAS GAS

Hello everyone, I am almost 4 weeks post op. Does anyone know if it is normal to have a lot of gas pains. Does anyone know if there is anything I can take? I try walking and moving around when this occurs and that seems to help some. Is this normal? All responses appreciated. Everyone on this web site is great. The messages and conversations from everyone are so helpful. So I offer many Kudos to all who share there experiences. Lucretia
