Any Suggestions??

Hi everyone! Has anyone come across this situation while updating your profiles?? I was about to upate my profile today, but when i go to the update page, there is a message that says "do not update below this line". I tried sending an e-mail to the person who worked on my web page/profile and i get an auto reply sent back to me. It seems like that if ObesityHelp already has your e-mail address on file, they won't help you....at least that's the impression i got from the e-mail, which I'll post the first few lines of for you now: "This is an automated response from the HTML Help team from ObesityHelp.com. You are receiving this because you have sent us an email." All I am asking is, can someone add additional space for me to make future updates!! Has anyone else come across this?? And if so, can anyone offer any suggestions?? If i can't find out how to do it, then I may not be able to update my profile anymore. Thanks everyone! -Joe-
