BROKE MY PLATEAU!!!
WOOO HOOOO! I FINALLY broke my 18 day plateau!! I was starting to feel like I was never going to loose weight again! But I weighed myself this morning and I was 4 pounds lighter!! Yeay!!! I am soooo relieved! Cant tell you how giggly I felt I upped my protein to 70-80+. I also got a little exercise in too. Hope it keeps going. I hate plateaus!!!! Best Wishes Everyone!

Thanks! yeah excercise can throw you off since your body is building that muscle. But it will catch up and you'll start loosing and especially killing those inches like crazy thats always awesome! Thats the next thing I need to do...step up the exercise. Ive been playing alot with my son outside and stuff but I need to get walking Best Wishes

Terrific Elizabeth. When the plateau starts take a look at the protein & water intake and start to log everything again. You'll be surprised and will usually see why this happens. Sometimes we get lazy snd start to slack off. We can tolerate a little more and start to experiment with NO NO's. I still log what I am eating. Also increasing the exercise you are getting helps too. Add slowly, you don't want to hurt yourself. I went to the Dr.'s this AM and am glad to say I'm at 73 lbs. Not too shaby for 3 1/2 months. Brett was real pleased and so am I.
