Workin' Out!

Just thought I'd share a find I made. I was in Walmart looking at the DVD's and found a 2 DVD set by Kathy Smith called Lifting Weights To Lose Weight. I think it was around 18 bucks. It has a total of 4 different upper and lower body workouts on it plus several bonus workouts like abs and one for a fitness ball.
She recommends you use 3 5 and 8 pound free weights to start ( these are very inexpensive ) I started using it today and really enjoyed it, she makes it easy for a wide range of fitness levels to do this without buying new DVD's as you progress. I figured this will be really good to add to my walking routine.
In a couple weeks when I get some extra money we are putting a universal gym downstairs, I'm looking forward to getting into some serious training for my new bod! I feel SO much better when I move.
Down 40 pounds in 7 weeks and lovin' it!
