HELLO EVERYONE ! HOW ARE YOU ON THIS BEAUTIFUL DAY..... WELL I TRIED THE PINEAPPLE WITH YOGURT,JUST A SMALL AMOUNT,JUST TO SEE HOW I WOULD FEEL AND IT TURNED OUT SOOOO GOOD,I PUT IT IN MY MINI FOOD PROCESSOR AND IT BLENDED VERY WELL. AND THIS MORNING I PUT A SMALL AMOUNT IN MY PROTEIN SHAKE. UMMM" UMMM" GOOD..... THANK YOU ALL FOR THE GOOD ADVICE. BLESSINGS ~ VM

Pineapple is sooooo yummy! I get it for lunch once and awhile. And MAN when you bite into it its just sooo juicy and sweet. But I find that I am too afraid to swallow that hard pulp thats leftover. So that hard pulp gets spit out. (sorry im sure thats TMI) I will have to try the blended yogurt shake I bet thats so good. I use Atkins low carb milk and the dannon low carb vanilla creme yogurt for vanilla yogurt shakes but with the pineapple I bet that is awesome!!! Best Wishes!! Elizabeth M -44

Congrats Vee on your surgery!!! And about the pinapple ... YUM!!! I have been enjoying it for quite some time!!! Really hits the spot with me. I also add it to my cottage cheese for a nice change of pace for lunch sometimes!!! Continued success!!! Hugs!!!
