Protein balls 2 cups non fat dry powdered milk 2 cups rice krispies (or oatmeal) 5 scoops protein powder (I used Elite chocolate whey protein from bariatriceating.com) 1 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup boxed powder splenda mix all dry ingredients together then start to add cold water slowly (about 1 1/2 cups) . If they seem too dry add a little more water but if you add to much they get soupy so afer the 1 1/2 cups of water just dribble in a little more to make them look like a nobake cookie consistancy (I only used 1 cup because the consistency seemed good at that point) put wax paper on a cookie sheet and sprinkle no sugar added cocoa powder on the wax paper then spoon the batter on the cookie sheet. Sprinkle a little cocoa powder on top of them (I rolled the balls in the cocoa powder). Put in fridge 4 to 6 hours and you can put in a tupperwear container and keep in fridge.

Sounds good. Wish I had time tonight to try these. Have to try them this week. I use to make a no-bake cookie that was a lot more decadent than this.

Hi snuggles, These sound really good and I think I will give them a try. Do you have any clue as to what the nutritional info is per ball? I guess I could add it up and work on my lousy math skills huh? LOL Thanks! Linda

The balls should be the size of a pecan nut.... it's 5 grams of protein and 54 calories.
