Good Morning Gail, Have a wonderful time @ the meeting....I think you will enjoy it As far as protein shops-----try Carb Buster's Delites (kirkwood hwy. behide Gold's Gym....going towards Newark) you'll love the store as well as the owners also Trader Joe's (202 concord pike) and of course GNC or the Vitamin Shoppe.
