I've also got to tell you guys about another product that I'm really please about...Glenny's! http://www.glennys.com/products/ They sell both the Soy Crisps and the Slim Carb Big Crunch Bars here at work...they're a little pricey ($1.50 for a bag of chips and $2.00 for the protein bar) but they are GREAT for a treat every now and then! The nutritional info is on the website. They also list the other locations where their products are sold (Acme, Walgreen's etc.) Yummy! (((hugs))) -Karen

Hi Karen, These are really good! I used to get them pre-op and just got my first ones since surgery the other day. I had 1/2 bag ( 2 servings per bag ) of the BBQ flavor with 2 tbsp of hummus for a fast afternoon snack. 4.5 g of protein for 1/2 bag. I got them at Food Lion...I want to say around 1.30 a bag, don't really remember. Linda
