3 mo check up
Just back from my appt with Brett/Dr. Irgau for my 3 month check up.
They both said I'm doing wonderful. Down 58#. I said.. "you mean I'm not a slow loser?" like Dr. Baag told me.... they said no...
Their goal for us is 1-2 pounds a week. This is the first time they've told me that. It made me feel sooo much better.
I feel fine, knees don't hurt, feet are better, sleeping better too.
I'm not having any problems except with constipation (since day one). I can eat whatever, nothing bothers me. I eat regular bites (try to chew well) drink in regular swallows (never thought that would happen!)
I'm at the size now that I picture myself, it's REALLY hard to imagine myself any smaller.
Can't wait to get back to exercising! LOL.. Was that ME who said that??!!
Take care all.

Tina,
Congratulations ... you are doing beautifully!!! Absolutely beautiful!!! I am so very proud of you and thrilled to watch you emerge right out of your body!!! (no I am not talking about an out of body experience here *giggle*, I am talking about how much you have changed ... not just your weight loss, but your "insides" as well). Keep up the good work!!! Looking forward to seeing you Saturday!!! Got an answer for your last email that I couldn't find the words to write ... much easier for me to talk these days!!! *GRIN* You are going to be at the meeting?
Hugs,
Tammy
