Don't know how many here have considered eating any of the vegetarian products available, but I buy Morningstar Farms alot. Their sausage patties can be a really good addition to your food lineup. Serving size- 1 pattie ( about 1.3 oz ) only has 3 grams of fat 110 mg potassium 3 grams total carbs 2 grams of fiber ( which takes your carbs down to 1 gram ) 10% iron 10% B-6 25% B-12 120 % Thiamin And drumroll please........ A whopping TEN grams of protein! Let's hear it for modern science, shoving all that protein into a 1 oz pattie! lol This morning for breakfast I had 1 scrambled egg, one slice of lowfat cheese melted on it and one of these patties. I started my day with 20 grams of protein right off the bat! Hope you all have a wonderful day....go for a walk! Linda

Where's the beef? Sounds like we're playing poker. My bid is still 1 pkg. instant oatmeal (6g protein), 1/2 cup soymilk (6g protein), 1 scoop Unjury (20g protein), 2 tblsp. flax seed meal (fiber and colon health), pkg splenda, and a shot of cinnamon (great for cholesterol control). 32g of protein and 90 seconds to make. Next bidder.

Hmmmmm ... didn't know I would be playing poker today but hey ... here goes ... Rob, I see your oatmeal at a whopping 90 seconds and raise you to a EAS Precision RTD Protein Supplement - a mere 2 seconds to pop off that ole cap and chug away for a whopping 42 gms of protein!!! Yeah!!! Seriously guys ... great ideas!!! Thanks!

Oh myyyy, not a picky eater here but oatmeal reminds me of mortar mix. LOL my hubby worked construction too many years I guess..jeeez, don't you and Tammy KNOW it's not about speed?? You are supposed to get up, put on your dress and pearls, make coffee for your signifigant other, call little Bobby and little Janey to the table for a hot breakfast while simultaniously feeding the dog, planning the grocery list AND packing lunches? Ok, in Rob's case I will let him skip the pearls, he just can't pull off the look Sincerely, Donna Reed

Linda, I've been eating soy burgers. They are really tasty and 12 grams of protein. McDonalds sent me a letter asking me to come back, lol. They are losing profits without my big mac attacks!!!!! Deb

Hey Debbie, I got the same letter from Tastykake! Seems their stock had taken a downfall..so if you own any..sell! hey.. can I get in trouble for that ?? **Disclaimer** all companies contained within this email are ficticious and a figment of our imaginations.. no claim is made to know anything about stock, unless it's in a soup
