Good Chicken
One more find was Purdue Shortcuts chicken. It is WAyyy on the expensive side but I thought of it this way.... The 3.99 package got me 4 meals so that really is not too bad as long as I don't think abot uthe price per pound.
Anyway, it is pretty moist and soft & pre cooked. So you can just grab a few strips from the fridge as a snack.
The more savy among us can probably figure out how to cook their own boneless chicken to super moist perfection and do something similar.
My super good lunch is some romaine with 1/2 c. shredded cheese, a few diced cucumbers, NEW spicy Ranch dressing (kinda like Outbacks! Yum) Then on the side, a few of the chicken strips with bbq to dip them in. I probably won't eat all of it but I'll focus on the cheese in the salad & the chicken.
Yep, like Linda said - by the fresh chicken - at least at shop n bag. However at some other places it may be with the non frozen other chicken stuff like nuggets or preformed patties. I have always seen it in the meat dept somewhere so if you don't see it, ask a meat department person for directions.
I take bonless chicken breast and boil it for about 45 mins... I make sure it's WELL done! I can't stand to see any bloody veins
Anyway, after it's cooked I put it in my food processor. Then put the chicken in a bowl and add condensed milk and some celery powder, onion powder and miracle whip. (My family & I prefer Miralce Whip over Mayo) It is sooooo moist and delicious!! My family loves to make sandwiches out of it and I just eat it straight out of the bowl...
Give it a try....
