Protein Shake Recipes....
Choco Mint Protein shake
1 or 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
1 packet sugar free hot chocolate mix
1 teaspoon mint flavoring
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of water
6 large ice cubes
put ingredients into blender and mix to desired consistency, serve cold!
Banana split protein shake
1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup milk
splash of sugar free chocolate syrup
1/2 banana
4 maraschino cherries
2 handfuls ice
blend to desired consistency, serve cold!
Chocolate Frosty protein shake
1 or 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
1 rounded teaspoon fat free, sugar free french vanilla international coffee
1 rounded teaspoon creamora(non-dairy coffee creamer powder)
10 ice cubes
put into blender until you get a shake-like consistency, serve cold!
Strawberry Berry Berry protein shake
1 or 2 scoops strawberry protien powder
4 strawberries(frozen or fresh)
1/4 cup blueberries
1 cup cranberry juice
1 cup crushed ice
put all ingredients into blend and mix to desired consistency, serve cold!
Butterscotch pecan liquid pie protein shake
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
8 oz cold water
2 teaspoons sugar free butterscotch pudding mix
4 to 5 ice cubes
1/4 cup pecans
blend protein powder, water and pudding mix, add ice cubes and blend till ice slivers. Add pecans and blend again for a few seconds, pour into parfait glass and enjoy(about 300 calories). If you want more pecan flavor add a little pecan flavoring.
Chocolate Peanut butter Death protein shake
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
8 oz cold water
2 teaspoons SF chocolate pudding mix
1 packet splenda
1 generous splash SF Davinci Peanut butter syrup
1 generous splash of SF Davinci Cookie dough syrup
1 heaping tablespoon of fat free cool whip
1 heaping teaspoon of reduced fat creamy peanut butter
6 ice cubes
mix until entirely smooth, sit back and enjoy!!
Iced Mocha Latte protein shake
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
leftover cold coffee
1 teaspoon FF, SF vanilla pudding mix
a few ice cubes
blend till desired consistency! enjoy!

These look very good and I might try a couple this week. It would be nice to get the sampler bottles of DaVinci so if you don't like a flavor your not out the big investment. Here is my favorite smoothie (25-30g protein in a glass):
"Orange Freeze" or "Orange Gulpy"
1 or 2 scoops Unjury plain powder
2/3 cup soy milk (can sub skim milk if you like)
2 tblsp. of Orange Davinci sugar-free syrup
1/4 cup of crushed pineapple
2/3 cup crushed ice
Throw into your smoothie maker, and enjoy. Change the amount of ice if you need it thicker or thinner.
