A question for Millerites

Okay, my second appointment is set for May 26. Tina from Dr. Miller's office told me to make sure I have someone with me; not to come alone. Does anyone know why? I suppose I COULD call her and ask her, but I'd rather bother you guys instead. Diane C.

Hey there Diane! I am a patient of Doc Miller also! The reason they ask you to have someone come with you is because they give you ALOT of information at that appointment. Sometimes with the overwhelming amount of info, its easier to have a buddy there to remember things you may forget. You are there for a few hours too, so its nice to have someone there, however I do remember there was 1 or 2 people that did go alone. If you can, I would recommend you bring a buddy, but if not, you are sure to make conversation with the other patients that are there at the same time ! Have a great day ! Jessica 258/194/

Thanks, Jessica. My husband will be going with me. Since I have been a journalist by trade, I take pretty good notes; however, a handy-dandy tape recorder might help. Maybe I should drag out my Sony micro recorder and a handful of tapes as well. Of course, there's no guarantee that I'll have time to go back and listen to them. Yep, I will. Diane C.
