A big change in plans.....

OK I am not on pins and needles anymore. Today I called the insurance company to see how things were going. The girl I faxed the papers to was busy with another call so I talked to someone new. She told me Lisa got the papers yesterday and they would be sent up to the deciding commitee and I should have an answer within 30 days, I said I asked for a expidiate appeal because my surgery is scheduled for April 20, they said I don't qualify for one because it is not life or death. So I called Dianne from Dr. Wynn's office and she said lets just get approved first, she has plenty of slots to stick me into when I get approved. It was like a big weight was lifted because I don't feel like I am playing beat the clock. I know now I am having surgery, I just don't know when. Thank you to everyone who tried to calm me down through all of this, I couldn't have made it if it weren't for you guys!!! I love you all.. Dana

Hi Dana, I am so glad you're feeling better. It's nice when the weight is lifted. Now you can spend your time getting ready to go. If you don't have one already, I would suggest you begin a walking plan, it will help you so much when the time comes! Start slow. Linda
