Mornin' all, So far I haven't had any trouble with Actigall in apple sauce but I have also found I can open the capsule and hide it in spicy V-8. Just make sure you shake it to get rid of any lumps. Linda

Thanks Linda. Be sure to add this to Tips and Tricks on MSN. I'm going to print these lists just before my date and make sure I have up-to-the-minute information provided by all you post ops. Thanks again.

Linda, I actually cried taking the Actigall. I disguised it in baby food peaches. I thought it had the taste of concrete. lol

What is Actigall used for? I'm having surgery on 4/27 and haven't heard of this yet.

Hi Liana, If you still have your gall bladder you take it for 6 months after surgery to make it behave. It's not too bad, and after a months time you can swallow the capsules whole. Good luck on your surgery, you will do great! Linda
