PMR meeting

can anyone go to these meetings of did you have to have your surgery with them? also when and where are the meetings?

Fran, The meetings are open to one and all. I sure hope you decide to come to them. I would love to meet you in person! I just sent you an email with a link to the PMRI site with the class details and etc. There is a registration fee of $5.00 to attend. But we always have so much fun and learn so much, it is worth it to me. I just wish they held the meetings closer to my home. The next Saturday meeting is May 1, 10-11 (they usually run longer than that - then we all stand around gabbing afterward also *grin*) The May meeting is called "All About Protein". They also hold meetings on Monday nights once a month. They have one on April 19, 7-8 called "How Much Sugar Is Too Much?". Again, I sure hope you decide to make it ... I always go home feeling really good after meeting with everyone. Hugs, Tammy
