Carb Freedom

I was at walmart today and came across a yogurt by Blue Bunny called Carb Freedom.I tried it AND IT'S REALLY GOOD. 6oz container has 90 cals 5g carbs 5g sugar 9g protein and it comes in a variety of flavors. Cathy

Boy are you RIGHT!!! I LOVE the vanilla. Haven't tried the others yet ... AND they are ONLY 48 cents a piece! My boys simply love them also!!! I found them last week and was thrilled! I go to the Super Walmart up in PA on route 10 ... not sure of the town name though. Did you see that they also have the Kozy Shack SF Pudding? The have tapioca, vanilla and chocolate. Not sure if they carry it in the rice pudding or not. I bought some of the chocolate and it was good also. Although it was a little on the expensive side at 2.50 a package. But it would be great if you are on the go and need a snack. Sorry, I don't remember what the stats were on it ... but I seem to think that perhaps is was low carb also? But not sure about that. I also found some very thinned sliced steaks in my local grocery store and have found that they work out GREAT for me. They cook up in a matter of just a minute and they settle real well for me.
