exercise
ok there is a reason i was overweight, its because i hate exercising. i started today i did 20 on treadmill and like 3 minutes of it was running u know sparatically one minute then after i caught my breath another u know like that, then 10 minutes on the bike then 10 mintues of weight training and 10 situps. yea i know its not much but i broke a massive sweat. but its all good i will build up. Tina dont sweat the small stuff my weight loss slowed down and i make bad decisions its a fact of life i had a soda oh well. its all good!
