Will we be able to shower while in hosp, or does that happen after we get home?

24 hours AFTER you get home. And it will feel like heaven! lol

I was bale to shower once I got home from the hospital. I had my husband stand right there beside me just in case I felt dizzy or something. They told me I didn't have to wait 48 hours, just until I got home..Hope

Linda, Try to stay focused and positive. The 1st shower will be at home. It will be wonderful. Too many tubes and things in the way while you are at the Hospital. Got chapstick??? Who you showering with? The first time i read this i figured you were going in with your spouse. They let you do a wipe down or freshen up while sitting on a chair before you leave. But when you get home you get to take that shower (refreshing and invigorating), and see what happened to your body. Good luck to you. Time is quickly approaching. Rob

a hand held shower sprayer was a blessing, plus it will help you reach places you won't be able to bend to reach for awhile.
