u see I have had the VBG 20 yrs ago which did not work... and the Dr is worried about doing the RNY not that is want work but the risk of it ... so he talked about the BPD=biliopancreatic diversion but the ins won't pay for it so it is still up in the air

as to what is going to happen..... sad but happy he did not say NO too...
